“d-don't make fun of Batman! He’s awesome!" I state trying to defend myself.
i quickly put the shirt that was way too big on and it slumps over my shoulder.
“It’s just so weird how you have batman undies on and now you’re wearing a batman shirt! You’re like a super fan!" she yelled and i laugh.
“how can you not love batman!?" i ask laughing at her, she was just so cute. i rustle her hair before opening the door and getting bumping into Mason, hard.

The party was so nice and everyone had a great time. I was so happy to just have a family I forgot about how I was going to get inside my house. I mean when you think you on death row you don’t actually think about getting back into your house. So here I was with Mason, standing in front of my door trying to figure out if anyone is in there.

“No…my mom won’t be back for another two weeks….”

“ my mom went on a vacation and my dad...he walked out when I was 6……he still send money to me so I have money for food, but he refuses to come back……” I say glancing away from his eyes.

A nice warm feeling engulfed me as a soft breeze blew across my face. The flowers were in bloom and the sun had just hid itself underneath the horizon. As I open my eyes and look up into the sky I see the first star shining so bright. My hand was warm and as I look Over I saw it was you. I smiled at the fact you didn’t leave, I’m so…glad…glad that I was wrong….
My eyes shot open as the bright light blinded me. i blinked a few times before realizing I had a blanket draped over me and a small fan blowing in my face.

I rubbed my eyes and looked around to see that Mason was gone. In fact Amy and I were the only ones in this room. I sit up wondering where I was and Amy seemed to have taken notice.
